What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

1. Web Accessibility

Animation Residency Ireland, administered by Birr 2020 Vision CLG, is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and all relevant Irish and EU regulations, including the European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply best practices in accessibility.

2. Declaration of Partial Compliance Due to Third-Party Content

While we strive for full accessibility, some parts of our website may not be fully accessible due to third-party content or platforms that are outside our direct control.
